We work by appointment only, and we disinfect our studios & equipment before and after each client. Our photographers wear N95 masks and practice social distancing during the shoot. We are ready for the new normal, and we are here for you.

We at are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our customers, their family, and our staff at all of the locations we will be providing service. As always, we stand by our stringent world-class methods in conducting our portrait sessions.

Given the ever-changing situation surrounding COVID-19, we wanted to alert you to some of the changes you may see in our services.

Our services are and continue to be conducive to social distancing; during the portrait session, our photographers remain at a distance from you at all times.

Our photographers will wear protective masks throughout the appointment. All photography equipment & accessory surfaces are disinfected before and after use. Our studio location fees have temporarily increased to allow for government-mandated sanitation services before and after each appointment.

To help maintain social distancing between customers, group photos against a white backdrop or solid colour backdrop will be done by taking separate portraits, and the images will be combined in post-production.

We ask that if available, please ensure to have the items mentioned in the provided preparation guide.

We also ask that if you are sick, please reschedule your appointment. If we arrive at your appointment and discover you are sick, your appointment will be immediately cancelled.

Any photographer who arrives at an appointment that has to be cancelled due to customer illness, will be required to stay at home for 14 days or longer, depending on government recommendations. We do check our photographers' temperature daily.

Observing post-travel isolation periods. If you are travelling before your appointment, we ask that you ensure you have observed a 14 day isolation period.

We want to assure you that our team have been operating under heightened preventative measures and in accordance with recommendations from public health to protect against the spread of COVID-19.

We are committed to providing you with the best service possible and helping you put your best foot forward during this uncertain time.
