Video Portraits – Our exclusive video portraits are now available. Let your marketing materials come to life and express your corporation through movement. Create the impression of strong and infallible or warm and inviting with this unique service.

Group Images – You won't find better group portraits anywhere else! We have it down to a science.

Additional Images – Love your photos so much you can't choose just one? No worry, you can add additional processed high-resolution images to your package; each comes with our complimentary retouching package. (This service can be done at the time of booking by selecting the number of images per person or added after reviewing your proofs). This is our most common package add-on.

Image Processing Rush Service – This add-on has four tiers: guaranteed 1 business day, 2 business days, 3 business days or same day turnaround to have your high-res corporate headshot fully retouched and ready for download.

Additional Outfits – If you want to shoot multiple outfits in a single sitting, you can; each additional outfit comes with an extra high-resolution image, including our complimentary retouching package.

Additional Backdrop/Lighting Setup – If you plan to use your images in different places, it helps to use different styled content. You can also wear a different outfit for each additional setup. Please add each to your cart at checkout to book multiple setups, or contact us to arrange. Additional setups must be scheduled ahead of your appointment due to equipment requirements.

Full Body Setup – Close cropped image won’t fit your marketing materials? Our standard package allows for waist-up photos, but we can shoot full body to allow greater cropping flexibility. Please get in touch with us if you are looking to book this type of portrait. Full body portraits must be arranged before your appointment due to time and equipment requirements.

Advanced Retouching – Love your expression in one image but pose in another? Is your hand sitting in a way you don't quite like? Want to change your hair colour or clothing colour? All can be altered through advanced retouching.

Hair and Makeup – If you want to look your best for your portrait, you can leave it to a professional. A hair and makeup artist can be made available for touch-ups or full preparation if need be.

Same Day Booking – Need your portrait done today? BusinessPortraits.ca to the rescue! Depending on availability, same-day booking can be arranged. This service availability is subject to equipment requirements, travel, and existing bookings.

Waiting/On Call – If you are unsure of the exact time your portrait can be done or your schedule is a bit of a mess, we can set up and wait for you. This service is geared towards very busy executives who are constantly on the go. 

Travel – If you are outside our standard radius within the GTA, a travel fee may apply depending on group size and distance. We do our best to accommodate all requests. Please get in touch with us for a quote.

Parking – Due to our exceptionally low package rates and the wild west of Toronto parking rates, we will bill for parking if charges are incurred or free parking is not provided. At the time of booking, we ask you to leave us a note for where to park within a reasonable distance or if guest parking is provided.

Express Packages – (Groups Over 50 people) If you are looking for portraits for a very large group or a more basic portrait package for large groups, we've got you covered. We can adjust our services to shoot high volumes within a specific time frame. This service package will not include all our standard package features, and editing is tailored to your needs.

Event Packages – We can set up for corporate events, galas, conferences, conventions and business functions to provide on-site portraits for guests. We adjust our packages to suit the needs of your event. As with our express package, the inclusions may vary depending on time constraints and the volume of people.

Image Exclusivity – We are very proud of our work, which is why we showcase our most recent business portraits. You can request sole rights for usage as a package add-on, which applies to all images captured per person per portrait sitting.

Special Requests – If you are looking for something you don't see here, give us a call! We can provide a range of services and adjustments just for you, and we are always up for a challenge. We have yet to come across a concept, project, event, or idea that we cannot execute!
