COVID-19 Policy

While the mask mandate is no longer required by The Government of Ontario, to protect our most vulnerable customers, we will continue with our Covid-19 measures at this time. These service requirements will be updated on this page regularly to ensure we enhance public health and workplace safety measures in the province.

As a commercial studio, we do not allow walk-ins and work by appointment only; this allows us to disinfect our studios & equipment before and after each client. In addition, our photographers wear N95 masks, practice social distancing during the shoot, and all staff are fully vaccinated. We are here and ready to meet all of your portrait photography needs.


  • Will wear protective masks throughout the appointment.
  • Will be equipped with a portable hand sanitation dispenser.
  • Will remain at a distance from you at all times.
  • Will have their temperature checked daily.
  • Will have their proof of vaccination for on-location service.
  • Are carrying smartphones equipped & enabled with the Covid Alert app.
  • All of our photographers are fully vaccinated.


  • All photography equipment & accessory surfaces are disinfected before and after use for every appointment.

Studio Location

  • Before entering, we must perform a temperature check with our non-contact infrared thermometer with every person.

On-Location Services

  • We stand by our rigorous, world-class methods in conducting our portrait sessions.
  • We ask that if available, please ensure to have the items mentioned in the provided preparation guide.
  • Our services are and continue to be conducive to social distancing.
  • Preview monitor for outdoor locations will only be available when a mask is worn.

Group Photos

  • To help maintain social distancing between customers, group photos against a white backdrop or a colour backdrop will be done by taking separate portraits, and the images will be combined in post-production.


  • Observing post-travel isolation periods. If you are travelling before your appointment, we ask that you ensure you have observed a 14 day isolation period.


  • We also ask that if you are sick, please reschedule your appointment. If we arrive at your appointment and discover you are sick, your appointment will be immediately cancelled.
  • Any photographer who arrives at an appointment that has to be cancelled due to customer illness, will be required to stay at home for 14 days or longer, depending on government recommendations.
