Every session arrives fully planned: the agreed backdrop, the lighting kit, and the photographer's direction are confirmed before the shoot day. On-location is the default for team headshot days.
Yes. BusinessPortraits.ca offers private-studio sessions for firms that prefer a controlled, on-site environment over on-location coverage. The studio supports headshot sessions, executive portraits, and brand imagery. Studio address is provided in the booking confirmation once a session is scheduled.
Include approximate team size, preferred date or date range, on-location vs in-studio preference, your firm's vertical (law, financial services, tech, etc.), and what you're after (team headshots, a booth at an event, executive portraits, etc.). The more context provided, the faster the quote is returned.
Yes. Standard team headshot days and event coverage are quoted from the form within one business day. The team figures out the space on arrival; a pre-shoot site visit is available if your firm prefers it, but is not required for a quote.
