Corporate Photography Subscriptions
A corporate photography subscription keeps your team's images consistent and current all year, and makes the budget go further than booking session by session. Your company prepays for the year, and account credit is added on top, stretching the budget across more sessions, prints, and events than paying session by session. Plans start at $5,000 a year, covering new hires, leadership, and events.

BusinessPortraits.ca has photographed teams across Canadian banking, professional services, technology, and the public sector, including all six of the Big Six banks and all four of the Big Four accounting firms.
For a firm that photographs its people more than once a year, a subscription turns recurring photography into a prepaid budget that grows with account credit, with priority booking and faster delivery as the team changes.
How does the account credit work?
Account credit is a bonus percentage added on top of a subscription deposit, giving your firm a larger balance to spend over the 12-month term. It applies to in-studio sessions, on-location coverage at your office, and outdoor portraits. Your firm prepays the tier amount, the credit is added on top from day one, and work is then deducted from that balance at standard rates as it ships. The mechanic is simple: deposit, bonus, deduct.
The bonus is real budget, not a coupon. A $15,000 Growth deposit becomes $17,250 of spendable photography once the 15% credit is added. Essential turns $5,000 into $5,500 at 10%, and Enterprise turns $30,000 into $36,000 at 20%, before any group discounts.
Group discounts still apply on top. Standard group rates of 20% to 65%, by the number of people photographed each session day, come off the rate deducted from your balance, so your budget goes further than paying for each session separately.
Deposit
Your firm prepays the tier amount as one annual balance.
Credit on top
A bonus percentage is added from day one, so the balance spends further.
Deduct
Each session is billed at standard rates and drawn from the balance.
How do the three subscription tiers compare?
Three subscription tiers match how often your firm photographs people through the year. Every tier carries account credit, faster delivery than non-subscribers, and a custom scheduling page for your team; the tiers differ by cadence, credit rate, and service level.

What is the 90-Day Pilot Program?
The 90-Day Pilot Program lets your firm run a real session at subscriber-level service before committing to a full year. If your firm converts to an annual subscription before the pilot ends, 100% of the amount paid during the pilot is applied as credit toward the first subscription term. The pilot is the lowest-risk way into the subscription.
Pilot pricing and terms are quoted per company. You run one project under subscriber service levels, see the delivery and account handling first-hand, and decide. Convert, and every dollar of the pilot carries forward as Credit. The program is built for firms moving from one-off bookings to a recurring plan.

Run one real project at subscriber-level service, then decide.
Which tier fits law, finance, tech, and healthcare firms?
The right tier follows the work, not the industry, but each field tends to enter at a familiar point.
Enter at Growth
Partner refreshes, lateral-hire onboarding, and associate intake run on a quarterly rhythm, and the dedicated account manager keeps the firm's standard consistent as the roster changes.
Subscribe at Enterprise
Annual-report cycles, investor relations portraits, and event coverage recur through the year, and the 20% credit on a $30,000 commitment matches that volume.
Start on the 90-Day Pilot
Founder portraits, leadership updates, and distributed-team hiring make the cadence hard to predict, so a pilot proves the fit before the annual commitment.
Subscribe to keep pace with turnover
Clinical and research teams turn over through the year, and a subscription keeps new hires matched to the same standard without restarting each time.
How does a corporate photography subscription work?
-
Yes. The credit works like a prepaid account balance and applies to any service BusinessPortraits.ca offers: headshots, team sessions, executive portraits, rush deliveries, and add-ons, all at standard rates. Event coverage is credit-eligible for Growth and Enterprise subscribers. Video portrait and production services are quoted and invoiced separately.
-
Yes. Standard group discounts of 20% to 65% apply to every session, the same as any booking. The discounted amount is what gets deducted from your credit balance, so your firm benefits from both the group discount and the account credit on the same work.
-
Group discounts are based on the number of people photographed each session day. If a project runs over several days, each day's discount is set by that day's headcount, the same way any group booking is priced. This keeps multi-day rollouts consistent with single-day pricing.
-
Your firm keeps booking at standard rates, with a discount equal to your tier's account credit percentage applied after group discounts. An Essential subscriber who paid annually keeps 10% off additional bookings for the rest of the term. Subscriber benefits and priority service stay active regardless of balance.
-
For Essential and Growth, unused credit expires at the end of the 12-month term. Enterprise subscribers may carry forward unused credit to the next term, to a maximum of 25%, provided the subscription is renewed, and rolled-over credit is used within that next term. Credit may be rolled over once.
-
Yes, on Growth and Enterprise. Your firm pays in four equal quarterly installments at a lower account credit rate: 7.5% on Growth and 10% on Enterprise, against 15% and 20% on annual payment. Subscriber benefits are active from day one regardless of how you pay. Essential is annual payment only.
-
The only difference is the account credit rate. Annual payment earns the full credit percentage for your tier; quarterly payment earns the lower rate. Every other benefit, turnaround time, and priority is identical regardless of payment structure.
-
Every plan runs on a 12-month commitment dated from the first payment. The subscription renews automatically for another 12 months unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 60 days before the term ends. BusinessPortraits.ca sends a renewal reminder at least 90 days before expiry.
-
Yes. Your firm can move to a higher tier at any time by paying the difference between the current commitment and the new tier's minimum. The account credit is recalculated on the new total, and the remaining balance carries across.
-
Colour corrected proofs are ready in 2 business days on every plan. Colour corrected proofs are the first-pass files a client reviews to make their selections. Retouched images follow selection: 5 business days on Essential and Growth, 3 business days on Enterprise, against 8 business days for non-subscribers. Each tier also includes complimentary rush deliveries.
-
A subscription adds account credit on top of your budget, which per-session booking does not. It also adds priority booking, faster delivery, complimentary rush deliveries, and a dedicated account manager at Growth and above. The subscription is for firms whose portrait spend is predictable across the year; per-session booking stays available for firms that are not.
-
Yes. The per-session and group-day rates, including the 20% to 65% group discount brackets and the $226.98 starting rate, are on the pricing page. The subscription adds account credit and priority service on top of those same rates.
-
Pilot pricing is quoted per company based on the work involved. If your firm converts to an annual subscription before the pilot ends, 100% of the amount paid during the pilot transfers as credit toward the first subscription term.
