Yes. Your credit works like a prepaid account. Use it for any service we offer, headshots, team sessions, rush deliveries, and add-ons, all at our standard rates. Event coverage is available for Growth and Enterprise subscribers.

Absolutely. Our standard group discounts apply to every session, just as they would for any booking. The discounted amount is what gets deducted from your account balance. You benefit from both the group discount and your account credit.

Group discounts are calculated based on the number of individuals photographed per session day. If your team of 100 is photographed across 4 days (25 per day), the group discount for each day is based on that day's headcount of 25. This is consistent with our standard group pricing, as each session day requires a full professional setup.

You can continue booking at our standard rates. Additional sessions beyond your credit balance are invoiced separately at regular pricing, with no penalties, no interruptions to your service, or loss of perks.

For Essential and Growth plans, unused credit expires at the end of your 12-month subscription term. Enterprise subscribers may roll over up to 25% of their unused credit to the following year.

Yes. Growth and Enterprise plans offer quarterly billing at a reduced account credit rate. Your subscriber perks are active from day one, regardless of payment structure.

The only difference is the account credit rate. Annual payment receives the full account credit percentage for your tier. Quarterly payment receives a lower rate. All other perks, turnaround times, and benefits are identical regardless of how you pay.

All plans are based on a 12-month commitment. At the end of the term, your plan renews automatically for another 12 months unless you provide written notice at least 60 days before renewal.

Yes. If your needs grow, you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. We'll apply your remaining credit balance and adjust the account credit accordingly.
