BusinessPortraits.ca runs team-day operations for firm-wide rollouts, new-hire batches, and partner refreshes. The setup, backdrop, lighting, and session timing are agreed in a pre-shoot conversation with the operations team so the photographer arrives ready and your team isn't making marketing decisions on shoot day.
Mobile setup completes in 30 minutes on arrival; the kit is ready when your team arrives. The photographer brings whatever the brief specifies: one backdrop or several, a single lighting setup or multiple. The catalog runs to 100+ backdrop colors and options. See Backdrops.

A firm books a single team session under pilot terms; if the firm converts to an annual subscription within 90 days, 100% of the pilot fee transfers as account credit.
