Last week our corporate photographer headed to Oshawa to photograph Dylan, a recent graduate of Humber College’s Real Estate Program. Looking forward to his career as a Realtor, we helped him with some high-quality portraits to get his personal marketing started. His setup of choice was the white backdrop with an additional outfit package add-on giving him a greater number of options for his marketing.
A large portion of our clients work in the Real Estate sector as Realtors, Brokers or Mortgage Brokers; this is an industry where personal marketing is a major component of your business. There is a large amount of competition in the industry, so being able to set yourself apart is beneficial. We love to help with that, by providing imaging that gives you a distinguished and professional flare, and by avoiding the overtly cheesy portraits which were popular in years past.
Due to the large volume of online marketing, most realtors do our packages can be modified to help you get what you need and keeping it fresh. The following are our most popular add-on’s:
- Additional Outfit – Having a wardrobe change give you additional looks which come in handy depending on how formal or casual you would like your images to be. More formal for printed materials like signs and more casual for social media. Having the options on hand for when the time comes is a great economical way to freshen up your materials.
- Second Setup – Having a set of images to choose from against a backdrop and a second set with no backdrop, either blurred or in focus gives you additional flexibility. No backdrop in focus on location is a great way to get images of you with your sold sign, a great hero image for webpages!
- Additional Images – Get extra images added to your package; each comes with complimentary retouching. More images mean you won’t be stuck with the same single pose for all of your marketing.
