What’s included, and what do you receive?
Every booking includes the session, on-set direction, and your edited images, delivered as high-resolution retouched images. You choose one to five edited images per person during booking, and more images from your proof gallery can be added after the session. The camera connects to a live preview monitor on-site, so every person sees their photos and leaves confident in the result. Sessions take 5 to 20 minutes per person.
After the session, you review colour corrected proofs in an online gallery, delivered within 2 business days, and mark your selections. Your final files come back as professionally retouched, high-resolution images sized for LinkedIn, press kits, and print, within 8 business days as standard, with rush options as fast as same-day.
Pricing follows the configuration. A single-person booking starts at $226.98; adding edited images or a colour backdrop adjusts the price in the configurator as you choose, with no quote step for a standard session.
Photos are reviewed on the live preview monitor before anyone leaves.
Colour corrected proofs arrive in your online gallery; you mark your selections.

How do you book a corporate headshot online?
You book in about a minute, entirely online. Set your location, backdrop, and number of edited images in the configurator at the top of the page; the price updates with each choice. For a colour backdrop, pick your exact colour from the live preview, then add the session to your cart and check out.
The backdrop colour is chosen right in the configurator. Selecting a colour backdrop reveals a “Select Backdrop Colour” button; it opens a picker with every colour in the catalogue and a live preview of a portrait on that colour, matched to the lighting you selected. Hover to preview, click to select, and confirm.
For a team, the group discount is applied automatically as the headcount rises, so the cart shows the discounted total before checkout. No back-and-forth, no waiting on a quote for a standard booking.
Choosing your backdrop and lighting
Your backdrop sets the tone of the portrait, and you choose it during booking. Each look reads differently, so here is what each one gives you:

White
a clean, neutral backdrop; the standard for staff directories and a consistent team set.

Colour, in six lighting styles
Basic, Gradient, Executive, Innovator, Signature, or Neon lighting, from flat and even to sculpted and dramatic, across the full 100+ colour catalogue.

Concrete
an industrial, textured grey for a modern, understated look.

Blurred
your own surroundings, softly out of focus behind you.

In Focus
your own surroundings, kept sharp and visible behind you.
Each colour carries its catalogue code (for example, A1 - White), so the colour you saw on the backdrops page is the colour you search for at booking. The picker shows a live preview on your selected lighting style before you commit.

How does pricing work for a team day?
Book one portrait or a full team day, and the per-person price drops as the team grows. The group discount starts at 20% at two or more people and scales to 65% for the largest team days, applied automatically in the cart. The full bracket-by-bracket table and worked examples live on the pricing page.
A team day is built for large teams: it runs as a fast rotation through your office or an in-studio session, with everyone photographed to one consistent standard, and speed never comes at the cost of quality. The busiest days can also use express format. Express format is a faster session format for high-volume days, available at a 50-person minimum.
Firms that photograph people through the year can put a single team day toward an annual plan: the 90-Day Pilot credits the full amount of one team day toward a subscription, so the trial is not a sunk cost. Subscription tiers start at $5,000 a year.
